A-Tim Studio was founded in 2016 with a clear vision – to create spaces that combine functionality, aesthetics, and contemporary lifestyles.
Since then, the studio has developed into an architectural practice that integrates architecture, interior design, and conceptual solutions tailored to the needs of today’s users. Whether working on residential buildings, private residences, or commercial spaces, we approach each project individually — with attention to detail, context, and the quality of the space. Our portfolio includes over 600 projects, more than 350 of which have been realized — an impressive achievement even over 11 years of work.
A-Tim Studio has extensive experience in projects of various types — from small individual residences to large residential complexes, as well as commercial, business, and office spaces. The studio has also worked on industrial facilities, wineries, apartments, hotels with significant capacities and amenities, and complete tourist resorts with full infrastructure.

In addition to architectural design, A-Tim Studio actively invests in the development and realization of its own residential and commercial properties — from concept to construction.

Tonja Ratić Katnić

Tonja Ratić Katnić was born in 1987 in Zadar, Croatia. She completed her primary and secondary education in Podgorica and earned her master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome in 2012. From 2010 to 2016, she worked in private architectural practices in Rome and Podgorica. She served as coordinator for the development of spatial planning documentation at the Secretariat for Spatial Planning of the Capital City of Podgorica from 2012 to 2018, and then as energy manager of the Capital City from 2018 to 2020. Since 2013, she has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Polytechnic, University of Donja Gorica, teaching courses in Landscape Architecture and Architectural Design.
She founded A-Tim Studio in 2016 as a practice specializing in architectural design, spatial planning, interior design, and engineering. She has been the lead designer and author of numerous projects, including tourist resorts, hotels, collective housing, wineries, and administrative and commercial buildings across Montenegro.


Marko Katnić

Marko Katnić was born on April 1, 1988, in Cetinje. He completed his primary and secondary education in Podgorica before pursuing studies in architecture in Rome. During his time in Italy, he specialized in urban planning, contemporary architecture, and interior design, successfully earning a master’s degree in architecture.
He began his professional career after graduation, gaining valuable experience working on a wide range of projects in an international environment. In 2016, he co-founded A-Tim Studio as the lead designer and responsible engineer. Marko has contributed to the realization of numerous projects, including residential buildings, luxury private residences, hotels, commercial facilities, and infrastructure systems.
